| 摘 要： | 高职院校存在系列制约师生关系发展的不和谐因素。高职院校师生关系可分为从事教学一线工作的教师和教学辅助人员与学生、学生思想政治教育工作者与学生、行政机关与宿舍管理人员与学生等三种类型,从三种类型出发概括高职院校师生关系现状,并提出对策。
