熔盐Cr-Ti碳化物复合层涂覆技术

摘    要:对表面镀铬、渗铬的钢件进行硼砂熔盐浸渍渗钛处理,可形成多元碳化物复合层。其抗冲击疲劳及抗介质腐蚀性能均明显优于单一渗钛层。应用X-ray衍射及电子探针技术,确定了复合层的结构。

Abstract:Chroming and chromizing components,which are titaniumized in molten bath of borax and salt,can form multi layer of carbide.Its anti impact fatigue and erosion resistance are better than single titaniumizing one.The microstructure of coat phase are determined with X ray diffracting text and electronic probe measurement.
