| 摘 要： | 通过对四种不同线材在同一生产线、相同工艺参数条件下生产的钢丝钢绞线力学性能的实验研究,分析线材的原始性能、显微组织与制品的强度和塑性之间的关系,结果表明在此条件下线材的质量是影响制品的力学性能的关键因素。

| Abstract: | The relations between the performance and microstructure of wire rod and the strength and plasticity of products were analyzed with experimentally studying the mechanical property of various steel wire steel and strands,which were produced by the four kind wire rods at the same production line and theological parameter.The result indicated the quality of wire rod is a key aspect of affecting the product mechanical property in this condition. |
