高校教学督导工作若干问题探讨

近年来国内高校陆续开始组建校内教学督导机构,借此提高教学质量。就高校有无必要设置校内教学督导机构进行了论证并得出肯定的结论。在此前提下,就高校教学督导机构的性质、职责、职权、设置、人员组成和组织架构、工作对象和工作范围以及督导工作的基本原则等问题进行了探讨。

Discussion on Problems in Teaching Supervision in Colleges and Universities

In recent years,some of China's colleges and universities have established teaching supervision organs aimed to improve teaching quality.On the basis of researches and surveys,this paper gives positive answers to the question whether colleges and universities need to establish internal teaching supervision or- gans,and then discusses the nature,duty,right,setup,personnel formation,structure,scope and basic principles of internal teaching supervision organs.
