基于虚拟仪器技术的连轧管机组在线监测系统

摘    要:为了保证连轧管机组的安全运行,对机组设备的运行参数进行在线监测是十分必要的。本文介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的连轧管机组在线监测系统,并讨论了该系统硬件、软件的配置、结构和功能,现场运行表明,本系统具有抗干扰能力强,可靠性高,实时性强,可提供丰富的动态图形功能和良好的用户界面等优点。

Abstract:In order to ensure safe operation of continuous rolling-tube unit, it is very necessary to carry out on-line monitor on operation parameters. The continuous rolling-tube unit on-line supervision system based on virtual instrument technology is introduced, and the hardware and software collocation, the structure and the function of the system are also discussed. Experimented test shows that this system has high capability of anti-interference, high reliability , real time. It could also provide plentiful dynamic graphs and perfect, reliable, audio-visual interface for operation.
