丁苯羟酸乳膏治疗儿童湿疹疗效观察

采用随机配对分为丁苯羟酸乳膏(治疗组)及婴儿霜(对照组)治疗儿童湿疹各64例.结果治疗组丁苯羟酸乳膏痊愈29例(45.3%),显效11例(17.1%),有效19例(29.6%),无效5例(7.8%),总有效率62.5%.对照组婴儿霜痊愈34例(53.1%),显效8例(12.5%),有效16例(25.0%),无效4例(8.8%),总有效率65.6%.丁苯羟酸乳膏的疗效与婴儿霜的疗效无统计学差异.但丁苯羟酸乳膏不含激素,不良反应小,而婴儿霜中含地塞米松,不良反应大.

Therapeutic Observa of Child Eczema Treated with Butanehydroxylacid Ointment

The 64 children with eczema were allocated by random, test group was treated with butanehydroxylacid ointment, and control group was treated with child vanishing cream. 29 cases in test group((45.3%))was recovery, significance effective 11((17.1%)), effective 19((29.6%)), no effective 5((7.8%)). The total effective rate was (62.5%). 34 cases in the control group((53.1%))was recovery, significance effective 8((12.5%)), effective 16(25.0%), no effective 4((8.8%)). The total effective rate was (65.5%). Statistical analysis have no significant difference, but butanehydroxylacid ointment have no hormones and few side effect.
