文化整合——合作共赢的基石

合作共赢是中外合资企业投资方的共同愿望,但引发冲突而事与愿违的情况时有发生.笔者试以所在X企业的合资历程,阐明整合中外方文化,是实现中外合资企业合作双赢的必由之路和成功关键.企业的成功在战略,而战略的内核是文化,文化的整合是实现合作共赢基石.同一发展目标,推进战略实施,是一个长期的利益博弈过程,只有不懈学习,积极沟通,实践共行,才能更好地融合中外文化,形成和谐氛围,增强竞争合力,实现合作共赢.

Culture Integration is the Base of Realizing Cooperation and Common Benefit

Cooperation and common benefit is the corporate desire of joint ventures' investors,but conflict and the situation that isn't suitable for expectation usually happen.This paper tried to use the joint-stock experience of X-company,expounded that integration of the cultures among China and foreign countries is the certain way and successful key of realizing the common benefit of joint ventures.The success of corporation comes from strategy,the core of strategy is culture,and the integration of culture is the base of realizing the common benefit.Unifying the development object and promoting the realization of strategy is a long-term process of profit game.Studying continually,communicating actively and practicing together are good for combining the China and foreign countries' culture,creating harmonious atmosphere,improving the activity of competition and realizing the common benefit.
