| 摘 要： | 民生档案是各级涉民部门在保障民生、改善民生工作中形成的历史记录,是维护群众合法权益的原始凭证,一旦丢失,将给国家和当事人造成很大的损失。在此次“5.12”汶川大地震后的抗震救灾和恢复重建中,民生档案的价值更加凸显。现代信息技术的发展,为开展民生档案数字化工作提供了契机。开展民生档案数字化工作,是大势所趋,便于更好地为广大人民群众服务。

| Abstract: | The livelihood archives,which are the historical records formed in different level civil administration departments' work of guaranteeing and improving people's life,are the original evidences for protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people.The lost of the livelihood archives would cause a great loss of the state and the persons involved.In earthquake relief work and rehabilitation/reconstruction after 5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake,the value of the livelihood archives shows clearly.The development of the modern information technology provides opportunity for carrying out the digitalization of the livelihood archives.Carrying out the digitalization of the livelihood archives,which is an irresistible trend,is convenient to serve the broad masses of the people better. |
