重症肌无力32例外科疗效分析

目的：了解胸腺切除治疗重症肌无力（MG）病人的有效率。方法：32例重症肌无力病人（伴发胸腺肿瘤者18例）行胸腺切除术,浸润型胸腺肿瘤同时切除扩散的病灶及浸润了的邻近组织,手术前后并同辅助治疗。结果：全组手术疗效满意,无手术死亡。术后所有患者均获随访。按Monden标准：缓解14例,改善12例,无变化6例。结论：胸腺切除术是治疗重症肌无力的一种有效的方法。

Analysis of Surgical Treatment Efficiency for Myasthenia Gravis

Purpose： To evaluate the efficacy of thymectomy for myasthenia gravis.Methods： Thymectomy was performed on 32 patients with myasthenia gravis, including 18 cases complicated with thymoma. For invasive thymoma, the spread lesion and the invaded neighboring tissues were also removed. Adjuvant therapy was given before and after the surgery.Results： All the surgical operations were satisfactory with no death from surgery. All the patients were followed up. According to Monden standard, symptoms for 14 cases were alleviated, 12 cases improved and 6 cases with no change.Conclusion： Thymectomy is an effective therapy for myasthenia gravis.
