新型半导体温差发电器的优化设计

摘    要:
提出一种新型的半导体温差发电器,以效率和输出功率为目标函数分析其性能特性,计算在不同情况下温差发是电器的最大效率和输出功率,进而优化温差发电器的内部结构,确定工作电流的最佳范围,所得结果可为新型的半导体温差发电器的优化设计和最佳运行提供有价值的理论指导,可促进半导体温差发电器的进一步开发和在不同高新科技领域中的应用。

Abstract:
A new type of semiconductor thermoelectric generator is put forward. The efficiency and power output are taken as objective functions and used to analyze the performance characteristics of the generator. The maximum efficiency and power output of the generator are calculated for different cases. The internal structure of the generator is optimized. The optimal range of the electric current is determined. The results obtained here may provide some valuable theoretical guidance for the optimal design and operation of new semiconductor generators. This will promote the further exploitation of semiconductor generators and their applications in new different regions of science and technology.
