奶子藤茎的化学成分研究

摘    要:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI等柱色谱手段对奶子藤的化学成分进行分离纯化,从其90%的乙醇提取物中得到8个化合物.根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定了化合物的结构,分别为:3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(1),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(2),2,2-二甲基-7-羟基色满(3),齐墩果酸(4),熊果酸(5),β-谷甾醇(6),5,7,3',4'-四羟基黄酮醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7),5,7,3',4'-四羟基黄酮醇-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8).所有化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到,其中化合物3为首次从植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Eight compounds were isolated from the 90% ethanol extracts of the stems of Bousigonia mekongensis by silica column chromatography,ODS and Sephadex LH- 20 column chromatography. The structures of these compounds,3,4- dihydroxybenzaldehyde( 1),3,4- dihydro- xybenzoic acid( 2),2,2- dimethyl- 7- hydroxychroman( 3),oleanolic acid( 4),ursolic acid( 5),β- sitosterol( 6),5,7,3',4'- tetrahydroxy- flavonol- 3- O- β- D- glycoside( 7),5,7,3',4'- tetrahydroxy- flavonol- 3- O- α- L- rhamnopyranoside( 8),were determined by the spectroscopic methods,including MS,1H NMR and13 C NMR spectra. All of these compounds were obtained from the Bousigonia mekongensis for the first time. Among them,compound 3 was isolated from the plants for the first time.
