摘    要:为了对白玉菇液体培养终点进行测定,本论文主要采用培养过程中的菌丝球数量、p H、还原糖和菌丝干重等指标,对白玉菇液体培养的终点进行测定。结果表明,当培养液的p H为5.38,还原糖含量是3.87时,菌丝球的数量与活性最高,并且菌丝得率最高,此时也是白玉菇液体培养的终点,相比较于固体原种的培养周期缩短了5~10 d。

Abstract:In order to determine the cultivation terminal point of Hypsizigus marmoreus this thesis mainly uses index of the quantity of bulb forms,p H,reduction sugar and dry weight of the turf course of in the cultivation. The result shows that bulb forms will have the supreme amount and active hyphae and have a highest rate of turf gaining when the p H of cultivation liquid is 5. 38,the content of reduction sugar is 3. 870,at this time,this is also the terminal point of the Hypsizigus marmoreus; compared with the solid 's original seeds,its cultivation period shortens 5 ~ 10 days.
