In the teaching of gymnastics,how to enhance the height,waving,farness,beauty and stability of falling to the ground of the action of second jump in jump with legs open over horizontal horse? As to this question,the author,through the statistics of the observation of all skill circles of jump horse by girl-student and the analysis with the theory of sports bio-machanism,explores the changes of the motive track of human barycentre at the different times of pushing-hand and the roles which are played in exercise adopting the teaching methods with the different skill circles,and offers the theoretical foundation for improving the motive teaching of jumping horse deeply
