| 摘 要： | 以我国信息技术上市的ST公司和非ST公司作为研究样本,运用因子分析以及Logistic回归分析的方法,综合传统的财务指标和现金流信息指标构建适合IT企业的财务危机预测模型.并对模型的预测效果进行回判,验证了该模型对IT行业具有很好的预警效果.

| Abstract: | ST companies and normal companies in IT industry were chosen as samples in the paper. Financial crisis alarming model for IT companies was set up using traditional financial indexes and cash flow indexes with factor analysis method and Logistic regression analysis method. The effect on predictions of the model was tested and the summaries were put forward. |
