| 摘 要： | 对开环双向耦合注入半导体激光器混沌同步系统的同步性以及在附加混沌(AC)调制下系统的工作特性进行了研究.研究结果表明:当发射系统的DFB-LD(T-LD)和接收系统的DFB-LD(R-LD)的参数完全匹配时,该系统能实现精确同步;而当T-LD与R-LD存在参数失配时,同步误差对参数失配很敏感;采用附加混沌(AC)调制时,信号所引起的同步误差很小,即使不使用滤波器,信号也能很好的恢复.

| Abstract: | In this paper,open-loop chaotic synchronization system of mutually coupled and injected semiconductor lasers and the characteristic of system under additive chaos(AC) modulation have been investigated.The results show that the system can achieve complete synchronization under certain condition,the parameter mismatch between transmitter and receiver will influence the synchronization error;under AC modulation,the synchronization error resulted by signal is so small that signal can be easily recovered by synchronization demodulation without using a filter. |
