摘    要:一次性纸杯是人们生活的日常用品.纸杯的日常制作工艺中,甲醛及其衍生物脲-甲醛,三聚氰氨甲醛树脂,酚醛树脂等作为交联剂广泛使用.交联剂在高温条件下可能释放出甲醛气体,对人类的健康构成威胁.用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测一次性纸杯中的甲醛.结果表明甲醛的线形范围0.024~3.4ug/ml,检出限0.020ug/ml,相关系数为0.9988,实验测得样品的标准偏差为2.04%,精密度良好,加标回收率为97.8%~103.0%,实验结果表明该法具有操作简单,重现性好,灵敏度高,选择性好等优点.

Abstract:Disposable paper cup is people's lives daily.Cups day-to-day production process,urea formaldehyde and its derivatives-formaldehyde,melamine formaldehyde resin,phonemic resin,widely used as a cross linking agent.Cross linking at high temperature may be released under the conditions of formaldehyde gas,and pose a threat to human health.An Acetyl acetone spectrophotometer method was used to determine the concentrate of micro-formaldehyde in water.The maximum absorbance was at 414nm.The calibration curve was liner over the range 0.020ug/ml,the regression coefficient was 0.9988,the relative standard deviation was lower than 2.04%,the recovery was between 97.8%~103.0%.The absorbance value could keep stable in 1 hour.We used this method to detect the variation of concentration of micro-formaldehyde of disposable paper glass in use and found that the concentration of micro-formaldehyde was very simple,reproducible,precise and accurate.
