| 摘 要： | 经用六味地黄汤对两种不同证型ＮＩＨ小鼠模型的实验研究表明，该方能明显改善阴虚模型小鼠的症状，提高存活率，减轻肝肾病理性损伤。经组化染色发现，该方能使阴虚模型小鼠降低的肝糖元含量增加，调节肝内多种常酶活性趋于正常。然而该方对于阳虚组动物则无明显作用。提示在临床上应用六味地黄汤方剂治疗西医学病种时，注意中医学辫证施治是必要的。 |

| Abstract: | The Liu-wei-di-Huang Tang used for the treatment of mice model of type of disease of deficience of yin improve to the symptoms and,raise live rate,and alleviate the pathologic damages.We have also discovered that Liu-Wei-Di-Huang Tang could increase the hepatic glycogen content of the mice of type of disease of deficience of yin only,and made many unusual enzymes in liver return to normal.But the result of the Liu-Wei-Di-Huang Tang for the mice of type of disease of deficece of yang was invalid. |
