竹木复合集装箱底板静曲强度的预测模型

摘    要:应用弹塑性断裂力学的Weakest-link破坏准则,分析了竹木复合集装箱底板在弯曲载荷下的破坏模式。结果表明:竹木复合集装箱底板主要发生两种形式的破坏,即底面拉伸破坏和芯层剪切破坏。同时笔者提出了这两种破坏形式下,底板静曲强度的理论预测模型,并应用统计回归模拟方法,研究了单板压缩和涂胶对静曲强度的影响规律,建立了静曲强度和弹性模量的相关模型。

Abstract:Applying the Weakest-link rupture criterion of elastoplastic frecture mechanics,the rupture modes of bamboo wood composite container flooring under bending loads were analyzed.Three-point bending test results demonstrate two kinds of rupture forms mainly,i.e.tension rupture of bottom layer and shear rupture of central layer.Based on the two cases,the theoretical predicting models of MOR for bamboo wood composite container flooring was developed.Adopting statistics regressive methods,the effects of the compression and gluing of veneers on MOR were researched,and mathematical correlative functions were also setup.
