ANFIS在车辆导航系统信息融合中应用的仿真研究

摘    要:采用了一种分层级联的信息融合结构,对车辆导航系统中应用不同导航定位技术得到的定位信息进行融合。决策级融合采用基于零阶Sugeno模糊模型的ANFIS(adaptive-network-basedfuzzyinterferencesystem),根据性能指标调节最终的位置估计值中不同位置信息的权重。仿真研究的结果表明将ANFIS应用于车辆导航系统信息融合能充分利用导航信息,提高定位精度,说明文中采用的方法是可行的有效的。

Abstract:In order to fuse location information from different techniques applied in vehicle navigation systems,a cascade fusion architecture was proposed.ANFIS(adaptive-network-based fuzzy interference system)based on zero-order Sugeno fuzzy model was applied in decision level fusion to adjust the weight of different location information in the final position estimation according to each performance.Simulation results show that the application of ANFIS in information fusion of the vehicle navigation system can make full use of navigation information to improve positioning accuracy,and the proposed method is operational and effective.
