玉屏风散对于单板U型场地项目运动员免疫能力影响的临床研究

研究论证玉屏风散对于单板U型场地项目运动员大强度训练免疫机能的影响.方法：以哈尔滨体育学院单板U型场地滑雪运动员为研究对象,运用临床试验法,以玉屏风散为干预手段,测试了NK细胞毒活性、IgG、IgM、IgA、IL-2等指标,研究论证玉屏风散对于运动员大强度训练免疫功能的调节作用,并对其作用机制进行初步研究探讨.结果：试验组NK细胞调节具备一定上升趋势;试验组试验后与试验前自身IgG、IgM、IL-2比较,显著上升,IgA具备一定上升趋势.对照组试验后免疫机能出现一定下降趋势.结论：运动员在低温大强度训练后可能会出现一定程度的免疫力降低,玉屏风散对于低温大强度训练的单板U型场地项目运动员免疫力具有一定增强作用.

Clinical Research on the Effect of Yupingfeng Powder on the Immune Capacity of Snowboard Half-pipe Athletes

Objective：To study the effect of Yupingfeng pow-der on the immune function of snowboard half-pipe athleteswith high strength training. Methods：The Harbin Institute Of Physical Education snowboard half-pipe athletes were select-ed as the subjects of study,using the clinical test method,with Yupingfeng powder for intervention. The cytotoxic activ-ity of NK cells,and such indexes as IgG,IgM,IgA,IL -2were tested to examine the function and mechanism of Yup-ingfeng powder in regulating the athletes immune capacity inhigh intensity training. Results：an ascending trend was foundin the regulatory capacity of NK cells in the experimentalgroup;gM,IL - 2 and IgG in the experimental group in-creased significantly after the experiment,and IgA showed anascending trend. Decreased immune function was observed inthe control group. Conclusion：Athletes may experience a re？duced degree of immunity after high strength low temperaturetraining,Yupingfeng powder can enhance to a certain degreethe immune capacity of snowboard half-pipe athletes withhigh strength training.
