| Abstract: | The research in terms of status and characteris-tics within colleges and universities＇ high-level competitivesports development in the United States such as StanfordUniversity regarding to its development status,cultivatingmodes,sports achievement will be carried on through fieldinvestigation,interview,literature analysis and comparisonetc. By means of learning and exploring the successful ex-perience of competitive sports development in America,this paper will propose the idea and strategy of the sus-tainable development of competitive sports in China. |
