摘 要: | 研究了餐饮废油在甲醇钠的催化作用下制取生物柴油的工艺条件,实验表明其酯交换过程的最佳工艺条件是醇油物质的量比为7:1、反应时间为1.5h、催化剂质量为废油的1.5%及反应温度为60℃。通过对生成的生物柴油作理化性质检测,结果表明,其质量指标完全符合柴油优级品的标准。

Abstract: | Biodiesel was prepared from waste oil of restaurant catalyzed by sodium methoxide. The experiments show that the optimum experimental conditions have been determined, methanol/oil 7 : 1, reaction time 1.5. h, catalyst dosage (on waste oil mass) 1.5 % and the experimental temperature at 60℃ The physical and chemical examining results indicate that the quality index accords with high grade standard of diesel. |
