摘    要:未来图书馆在网络环境下将转向以读者为中心,各项工作的开展主要是为了更好地满足读者的需要,在这个目标的指导下,图书馆应树立正确的读者观,把图书馆中蕴藏着的丰富知识资源开发出来,为知识创新和终身学习提供深层次服务,在业务技术和服务上开拓思路,进行变革,以此来增强图书馆的竞争能力和应变能力。

Abstract:The future library will center on the readers in network environment, and all of its tasks aim at satisfying the needs of the readers. Under the guidance of this target, the library should establish right attitude towards the readers, and develop plentiful knowledge resources stored in the library, provide service at deep level for knowledge innovation and life-long learning, and open the train of thought and conduct the transformation in professional techniques and services for the purpose of strengthening library's competitive power and adaptability to changes.
