摘    要:电工电子实训教学是培养和提升学生创新能力的重要方法和手段,经过创新改进后的"三、二、一"教学模式和方法,能够有效规避现有实训课程弊端,显著激发并调动学生学习兴趣,切实提升学生动手及实践能力,经过实际教学过程验证,该教学模式和方法的应用对于创新型、应用型人才的培养作用显著,行之有效。

Abstract:Electrical and electronic practice teaching is an important method and means to cultivate and improve students' ability of innovation, innovation through the modified " three,two,one" teaching mode and method,can effectively avoid the drawbacks of existing training course, significantly stimulate and arouse the students' interest in learning,enhance the students operational ability and practical ability,after practical teaching process validation,the teaching models and methods for innovation type and application type talents training effect is effective.
