高韧性焊缝金属陶质焊剂的物理性能及焊后脱渣性研究

摘    要:从焊接工艺观点出发,利用数理统计理论发展起来的混料优化设计理论,研究了埋弧焊用陶质焊剂组成成分间的综合交互作用及其对焊剂物理性能的影响规律,得到了焊剂组成成分对软化温度、熔点及线膨胀系数等物理性能影响规律的定量描述回归方程,从根本上提供了改善焊接工艺性,特别是焊后脱渣的理论依据,获得了一种具有良好焊接工艺性的Al2O3-CaO-CaF2系高韧性焊剂.

Abstract:The mutual effect of various compoments in agglomerative flux are analysed by means of the mixing regression design theory and the effct of compoments to the physical property was revealed. Some regression equations about softening temperature, smelting point and linear expansion cofficient are obtaind. A high toughness flux which had a good detachability and welding property is provided.
