应用型大学教师业绩考核评价体系研究

应用型大学发展关键在教师,构建与应用型大学特征相适应的教师评价体系,充分发挥考核的导向和激励作用,以便于合理评价教师的工作业绩,有利于教师自身职业生涯的发展,同时建立良好的教师考核评价体系,有效保证学校战略目标的实现,有利于培育应用型大学的办学特色,提升应用型大学的办学水平、办学质量和办学效益.本文认为应用型大学教师考核评价体系除了学科型大学强调的教学和科研考核指标外,还应加入教师的生产实践、教师的学习与自我发展等考核指标,在科研指标中应强调应用性研究导向,在学习与自我发展考核指标中应强调教师掌握新技术的能力.

The Study on Construction of Performance Appraisal for the Application-oriented University Teacher

The key of the development of the applicationoriented university lies in the teachers.Designing the teacher's performance appraisal system suiting the characteristics of application-oriented university can exert fully the function of guidance and motivation.The aim is to make the reasonable evaluation for teacher's performance,helping the teacher to develop their career.Setting up a good performance appraisal system will help to realize the strategies of the university as well,developing the characteristics of the application-oriented university and promoting the level,the quality and efficiency of the university.The performance appraisal system of the application-oriented university teacher should include the important indexes,such as practice,study and self-development besides the indexes of teaching and research for the academic university.The research work should focus on applied research for the application-oriented university.The index of the study and self-development should emphasize the ability of mastering new professional technology for the application-oriented university.
