学校体育竞赛组织结构的改革

自１９９０年国家教委颁发了《大学生体育合格标准》和实施办法以来，校体育教学部将校、院、系各级体育竞赛活动逐步纳入学生工作部的工作范围，改变了校竞赛活动由体育教学部统一组织的模式，发挥了学生体育干部的积极性，培养了一批群众体育工作的骨干．推动了全民健身运动在校内的开展．由此，体育教学部有时间、精力组织参与校外竞赛活动，加强校际交流，使学校体育竞赛跃上一个新台阶．

Reform on Athletic Competition Organization in Sports in Universities

Since the "National Standards for Physical Culture in Institutes of Higher Learning"issued by the state Education Commission of China in 1990 was implemented, physical culture department of our university has gradually brought athletic competition activities at the levels of university,college and department into the working range of student affairs department.This induces a reform on athletic competition organization, i. e. athletic competition activities at university level are sponsored by physical culture department associated with student affairs department.The reform has the following advantages: 1. giving play to the initiative of student physical culture cadres; 2. training a lot of backbone in public sports; 3. advancing "all the people in exercise for health" in our university; 4. further developing intercollegiate academic exchange.
