| 摘 要： | 以宁夏石中高速公路工程施工监理实践为基础，介绍了监理工作中加强质量管理的一些做法，进一步阐明施工监理工作中建立健全的监理组织机构，完善质量管理制度，提高监理人员业务水平，以及实行监理例会制，成立临时党小组等因素，对保障监理工作的重要性。

| Abstract: | Based on the practice of construction monitoring for Shizhong Superhighway engineering in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, this paper introduces some measures for strengthening the quality control in the monitoring work, and further expounds the importance of establishing and strengthening the monitoring organizations in construction monitoring work, perfecting the quality control system, improving the service ability of monitoring personnel, carrying out monitoring regular meeting system, setting up temporary Party group and other factors on the guaranteeing of monitoring work. |
