摘    要:用切削颤振的极限切削宽度来衡量机床的动态特性,会受到稳定性图上早垂状规律所产生的误差以及颤振阈限不准的误差等因素的影响,使判别精度下降。依靠切痕信息,既能准确地确定颤振阈限,又能对试验得到的极限切削宽度值作合理修正,从而大幅度提高机床动态特性的判别精度。

Abstract:The width of cut at the threshold of machining chatter which verifies the dynamic characteristics of a machine tool can be affected by two factors. Those are the error produced by the rule of lobe formation on stability chart and the error of setting the chatter threshold. These may reduce the eriterion accuracy. By means of cutting mark's information, the threshold of chatter can be determined accurately, the width of cut at threshold of chatter from the tests can also be modified correctly. Therefore the criterion accuracy of the dynamic characteristic of a machine tool is increased apparently.
