Si_3N_4/SiC_p复相陶瓷材料的研究进展

摘    要:综述了SiC颗粒弥散强化Si3N4基陶瓷材料的研究近况,根据Si3N4和SiC的不同烧结机理对Si3N4/SiCp复相陶瓷材料烧结机理以及SiCp的掺入对材料可烧结性的影响进行了理论上的探讨将SiCp粒子的尺寸对Si3N4/SiCp复相陶瓷材料显微结构和力学性能的影响与材料可烧结性之间的关系进行了分析通过比较热压Si3N4/SiCp复相陶瓷材料和Si3N4/纳米SiCp复相陶瓷材料中SiCp含量对材料显微结构和力学性能的影响,对SiCp弥散强化Si3N4基陶瓷材料的强化效果和强化机理进行了初步的分析

Abstract:The development of SiC p particle reinforced Si 3N 4 based ceramics is reviewed.The sintering mechanism of Si 3N 4/SiC p composites and the effects of SiC p on the sintering behavior are studied according to different sintering mechanism of Si 3N 4 and SiC p.The relation between the influence of the size of SiC p on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Si 3N 4/SiC p composites and the sintering behavior of material is discussed.The reinforce effects and reinforce mechanism are discussed by comparing the influence of the amount of SiC p on the microstructure and mechanical properties of HP Si 3N 4/SiC p composites and HP Si 3N 4/nonaSiC p composites.
