摘    要:对奶牛抗热应激中草药添加剂对热应激小鼠机体耐力的影响进行试验研究.实验分为3部分,即高温致死试验、游泳试验和耐缺氧试验.试验的小鼠分为A、B、C、D4个处理,分别喂以不同添加剂浓度的饲料21d(A组:0.5g/10g体重、B组:0.25g/10g体重、C组:0.13g/10g体重、D组:0g/10g体重),每日光暗节律各12h,自由摄食与饮水.试验结果表明,A、B组体重增加显著高于C、D组(P<0.01),A、B、C组小鼠死亡数显著少于D组(P<0.05),受热90min后,A、B、C组小鼠肛温比D组分别低0.3℃、0.3℃、0.5℃(P<0.05),说明该添加剂具有一定的提高小鼠热耐力作用.

Abstract:The experiment explored the effects of Chinese herbal compound medicine addtive of milk cow on thermoresistance of mice.The experiment includes three parts,which are high tem-perature killing experiment,swimming experiment and anxia resistance experiment.The mice were divided into four groups(namely A、B、C、D),each group 20 mice,and were fed with different consistency of addtive for 21 days respectively(ie.0.5 g/10 g B.W for A gorup,0.25 g/10 g B.W for B gorup,0.13 g/10 g B.W for C gorup,0 g/10 g B.W for D gorup),during the experiments,the animals were maintained on a 12 h light and 12 h dark cycle a day with food and water at liberty.The experiment results showed that the B.W in A and B group increased obviously(P < 0.01) com-pared with C and D group,the death number was significantly lower(P < 0.05) in A、B and C group than in D group,mice rectum temperature in A、B and C group were low 0.3、0.3 and 0.5℃ than that of the D gorup(P < 0.05) respectively after treating with heat 90 min.It suggests that the additve could enhance the heat stable potency.
