| 摘 要： | 分析平行进口的不同原则,以及发达国家和地区对平行进口的规定,提出应在中国现行立法中确立平行进口的合法性,可以通过对《知识产权法》和《对外贸易法》的修改来完善中国平行进口问题,并给出具体修改建议。
