| 摘 要： | 水污染是目前全球普遍关注的环境问题之一，控制水污染已成为人们面临的重要难题。本文阐释了水污染及其外部不经济性的概念和成因，从环境经济学角度介绍了目前国内外控制水污染以有效改善水质的各种经济手段，并对其在水环境管理中的优势及不足进行了客观分析。

| Abstract: | Control and management on water pollution becomes the essential concerns of worldwide problem.The concepts and origin of negative externality of economic regarding to water pollution are introduced in this paper.From the views of environmental economics,various economic approaches to the solution of negative externality, for the purpose of improving water environment, are presented in detail.Finally, the advantage and disadvantage of economic approaches to water environment management are discussed. |
