| 摘 要： | 伦理是达到主体目标的一定的行为规则,控制论是伦理学的科学基础.科学技术所研究的规律包括实体规律与控制规律.采用科学范式的科技伦理学就成为科学技术控制论的组成部分.人类深刻理解科技伦理学的基本原理与基本特性,就可以在未来科学技术进程中,与时俱进地调控各种系统关系,实现人类和自然的同步进化、和谐发展.

| Abstract: | Ethics is certain behavior rule to reach subject goal;cybernetics is a scientific foundation of the ethics.Law studying in science and technology including entity's law and controlling the law.Adopting the component that the sci-tech ethics of scientific normal form becomes scientific and technical cybernetics.The mankind understands the basic principle of sci-tech ethics and basic characteristic deeply,can adjust and control various kinds of systematic relations growing with each passing hour in the scientific and technical process of future,realize mankind and natural synchronous evolution,develop harmoniously. |
