| 摘 要： | 从工程实际出发，选定具有均匀分布的随机相角余弦函数的线性叠加作为数学模型来合成与所需要求符合的地震波．它不仅能满足地震波的三要素，而且与现行规范的反应谱方法相衔接．本文根据提出的数学模型编制了相应的计算程序，并应用于工程实例中

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of the economic development in the next century, a conceptual planning of Fujian Provincial arterial highway network is instroduced in this paper. The principle, goal and comprehensive evaluation of this planning are discussed. According to this planning, the transportation network will transit from being restricted to basically meeting the needs of the economic development at the turn of the century and to an advanced type in 2020. |
