| Abstract: | Connecting with our c ou ntry's present situation that the specialized biblio-informational talents are i nsufficient and flow away, the whole quality is lower, the conception is out-of- date, and the funds are in short supply, etc., this paper puts forward some coun termeasures for the education and development of specialized biblio-informationa l talents from aspects of the ideological and moral conception, the knowledge st ructure, the training and managing method, and the public relationship, etc. |
