| 摘 要： | 产业资本和金融资本的双向渗透,是世界经济发展的必然趋势,同时也是国有商业银行改革的目标模式。国内学术界和金融部门对引入战略投资者的分析偏重于关注境外大型跨国银行和境内的民营资本,但实际上境外的产业部门和境内效益好的国有大中型工商企业的资本也可投资入股国有商业银行。

| Abstract: | The reciprocally integration of the industrial capital and financial capital is the inevitable trend of economic development in the world.This is also the target mode of state-owned commercial banks' reform.On the introduction of strategic investors,domestic academia and financial sector over-emphasize on the analysis of offshore large multinational banks and the inshore run by private capital,but actually the offshore industry section and medium-sized industrial commercial enterprises which are in good return can also invest capital shares of state-owned commercial banks. |
