| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一个药物经皮吸收动力学的分层数学模型。求出了用4个动力学参量来表达药物在皮肤内的平均停留时间 MRT、时间方差 VRT 以及延迟时间 T_L 的关系式,并在理论上提出了用在体数据确定以上4个动力学参量的方法。

| Abstract: | A layered mathematical model of pharmacokinetics for percutaneous absorption is presented in this paper.The mean residence time(MRT),the variance of residence of a drug(VRT)and the lay-time(T_L)are represented as respective functions of K_d_1,K_d_2,K_c_1 and K_c_2,which are the four parameters of pharmacokinetics for percutaneous absorption.Moreover,a theoretical method to determine the four parameters from in vivo data is proposed.It would be advantageous to understand the mechanism of pharmacokinetics for percutancous absorption and to use it in the clinical application. |
