| 摘 要： | 文章对1994年-1996年、1997年-2000年、2001年-2004年、2005年-2008年国际体操联合会的四次规则变化进行了研究,剖析了竞技健美操中艺术与难度发展的趋势,对竞技健美操难度动作的变化进行了分析和讨论。从而提出难度动作正向着多样化、高难度、高质量的方向发展,为我国竞技健美操运动技术水平早日登上世界颠峰提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | After studying the four changes of rules of FIG from 1994 to 1996,from 1997 to 2000,from 2001 to 2004 and from 2005 to 2008,this article has analyzed the developing trend of difficulty and artistic quality of athletics exercise,discussed its changes and proposed a development trend of diversity,high quality and difficulty to provide a theoretic basis for the technology of Chinese athletics exercise being at the top of the world earlier. |
