| Abstract: | Since the 1990＇s, the unbalanced development of economic space in China is constantly increasing because of a variety of factors. The main factors are tilt policy factors, the basic differences of development, mobility of elements, industrial structure, and environmental factors. To promote the economy of central-western regions, a series of countermeasures should be carded out. |
