杭白芷(Angelica dahurica var formosana)的核型分析

杭白芷又名台湾白芷、淅白芷,属伞形科当归属。分布于我国台湾、福建、浙江等地,山东亦有栽培,是一种常见的中药。当归属中已报导过染色体数目的有12个种,其染色体基数为x=11。潘泽惠等报导杭白芷的染色体数目为2n=22属二倍体,但有关杭白芷的核型分析则尚未见报导。本试验以杭白芷体细胞为材料观察了它的染色体形态,并进行了核型分析。

KARYOTYPE ANALYSIS OF ANGELICA DAHURICA VAR.FORMOSANA

A karyotypecal analysis of Angelica dahurica var.formosana was csrried out for first time.The number of chromosomes in root-tip cell of the species was found to be 22,agreeing with that reported by Pan. According to the terminology defined by Levan,the karyotype formula is therefore 2n=22=6st+4sm+12m.Photomicrographs of the chromosome complements and idiogram of the karyotype are given (Fig.1 and 2) .The karyotype of Angelica dahurica vat.formosana shows to be asymmetrical,with nine pairs of long or longer chromosomes and two pairs of short ones.This karyotype is a more evolutional type.
