顺铂联合白细胞介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液32例

目的：探讨胸腔注入顺铂（DDP）联合白细胞介素-2（IL-2）治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效。方法：58例患者均病理确诊为恶性胸腔积液，随机分为二组，治疗组（32例）在胸腔内注入DDP，白细胞介素-2，对照组（26例）在胸腔内注A．DDP，两组均在1周及2周后各重复注药1次，共3次，观察疗效，毒副反应及生活质量。结果：治疗组总有效率为84．4％，对照组57．7％，差异有显著性（P〈0．015）。治疗组Kamofsky评分〉70分者较对照组有显著提高（P〈0．05），两组在毒性反应上无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：顺铂白介素-2胸腔灌注能有效控制恶性胸腔积液，毒副作用少，联合疗效肯定。

Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion Using Cisplatin and IL-2 into Pleural Cavity

Objective: To study the therapeutic efficacy of intrapersonal injection of cisplatin(DDP) and interleukin-2(IL-2) in malignant pleural effusions.Methods: Fifty-eight patients with malignant pleural effusion were divided randomly into 2 groups.cisplatin(DDP) and IL-2 were injected into pleural Cavity in therapy Group(T),and only DDP was given in control group(C).Then the efficacy toxicity and quality of life were evaluated.Results: The response rate was 84.4% in T group and 57.7% in C group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The Kamofsky score was higher in T group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Adverse effects were no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: The results suggest that intrapleural injection of DDP and IL-2 may be safe and effective in treating malignant pleural effusion.
