| 摘 要： | 采用低速离心法结合亚精胺特异沉淀DNA的方法，从琼脂糖凝胶中回收到浓度较高的高温链霉菌Sau3AI部分酶切总DNA，回收率大小于30％，节省了使用酶量，提高了DNA的纯度，且易操作，有广泛的适用性。

| Abstract: | Adopting low velocity centrifugation and spermidine's special DNA binding character, high concentration Streptomyces thermoflavogriseus DNA, partially digested by Sau3AI, is retrieved from agarose gels. The recovery rate is more than 30?%. So cuts down enzyme quantity, improves purity of DNA and it's easy to manipulate. And the method can be used on many kinds of DNAs. |
