我国区域创新能力稳步提升

为响应《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006—2020年）》（以下简称《纲要》）的要求．党的十八大提出了实施创新驱动发展战略．给我国区域创新体系建设提出了新的要求。从某种意义上说．构建完善的区域创新体系．是实施国家创新驱动发展战略的基础工程．必须要夯实。目前国家自主创新示范区、国家创新型试点城市（区）等各类创新示范区。基本成为我国创新型国家建设的领头羊和排头兵。成为所在地方和区域科技经济社会发展的重要引擎。我国区域创新能力稳步提升．创新资源加速集聚．创新示范效应日趋明显，本文就《纲要》实施以来．我国区域创新体系建设进展及领域专家对区域创新体系建设进一步实施提出的建议．进行了综合报道。

Steady Improvement of China's Regional Innovation Capability

In response to the requirement of＂ National Plan for Medium- to Long-term Scientific and Technological Development （2006-2020）＂, the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC proposed the implementation of innovation driven development strategy, which put forward new demands to China＇s construction of regional innovation system. In a sense, building a sound regional innovation system is the foundation of implementing national innovation-driven development strategy, which must be compacted. Currently, the national independent innovation demonstration area, the national innovation pilot city （districts） and other types of innovation demonstration zone, have basically become the leader and the vanguard in building an innovative country, as well as an important engine for local/regional technological, economic and social development. Results of regional innovation system construction are beginning to take shape in China. In this paper, we made a comprehensive report on the progress made since the ＂Plan＂ of the implementation of the regional innovation system in China.
