试论我国城市生态文明支撑体系与城市生态学优先研究主题

十八届三中全会就十八大确立的生态文明制度进行了4方面的部署，使生态文明成为我国新型城镇化发展的内涵之一。本文从国家公共政策角度出发，讨论了我国生态文明战略的政策演进过程，剖析了城市作为生态文明的关键攻坚点的实现途径，由此提出了城市生态梦的综合支撑体系。为促进城市生态学科研究更好地服务与生态文明公共政策体系框架的形成，本文提出了城市生态学的优先主题建议，以便促进城市生态研究成果向政府决策支持实现有效转化，从而加快生态文明的具象化进程。

Studies on the Support System of Urban Ecological Civilization and Priority Topics in Urban Ecology of China

The 3rd Plenum of the 18th Communist Party of China （CPC） has arranged our aspects to comprehensively establish ecological civilization system in China. It indicates that ecological civilization is one of the key points of China’s new urbanization. In view of national public policy, this study discussed the policy evolution strategy of ecological civilization in China, analyzed the city as the priority region to meet the key challenge of ecological civilization. Four systems to support the dream of urban ecological civilization have been put forward. To promote the formation of urban ecology studies and to better service and ecological civilization public policy framework, this study proposed urban ecology preferred theme suggestions, promoted effective transformation results of city ecological research to support the decision of the government, thus sped up the process of ecological civilization.
