离子选择电极信息特性研究

摘    要:以硝酸根选择电极为例 ,介绍了离子选择电极的响应时间特性 ,建立了硝酸根选择电极在温度阶跃变化下输出电势对时间的响应模型 .本研究中 ,用相关分析最小二乘法拟合响应全过程曲线 ,根据残差平方和准则判定模型的阶次 ;再用最小二乘法逐步拟合确定模型的参数 .为连续自动分析和在线测量提供了基础 .大量实验结果表明 ,建立的模型能很好地拟合响应过程曲线 ,且对一般离子选择电极具有通用性 .

Abstract:This paper introduces the response time characteristic of ion selective electrod e (ISE) based on the research of nitrate ISE. The response model of output elec tric potential versus time is established for the nitrate ISE when a temperature step signal is inputted. The entire response plot is fitted by using the method of least square-correlation analysis, and the order of the system is determine d by means of residual sum of squares (RSS) criterion. The parameters of the sys tem are then fitted step by step using the least square method. All these studie s present a basis for continuous automatic analysis and on-line measurement. Ex perimental results show that the model can perfectly fit the response plot and c an be generally applied to other ISE.
