| 摘 要： | 对中美篮球职业联赛现行的转会制度做了比较,找出了中美篮球联赛中有关转会制度的差异,并分析了这种差异对CBA联赛发展的影响,指出我国的转会制度应给予俱乐部更大的自主权,加强联赛中球员的合理流动,使我国的联赛发展更符合市场规律,以促进我国CBA联赛的发展.

| Abstract: | This essay is about the comparison of actual changing associator system between America and China' basketball professional league.In the aspect of changing associator system,it tries to find the differences between America and China's basketball professional league.And it analyzes the difference's influence to the development of CBA.It gets the conclusion that our changing associator system should give the club more independent right and strengthen the reasonable flowage of players in the league.It can make the the development of the league size upon the marketing rules and promote the development of CBA. |
