猫眼内压升高对视网膜节细胞及视神经的影响

摘    要:在人为升高猫IOP(眼内压)条件下,记录了视网膜节细胞反应及ONR(视神经反应),并与同时记录的ERG (视网膜电图)进行了比较,发现不同视网膜节细胞的耐压性也不同,ONR 与ERG 几乎平行消失。在两只猫上同时记录了VECP(视皮层诱发电位)与ERG,发现ERG 先于VECP 完全消失,这与家兔的类似实验比较结果不同。

Abstract:In the condition that cat intraocular pressure is increased by a man-mademethod,the reaction of the retinal gangliocyte and the optic nerve reactionare recorded,and they are compared with an electroretinogram that is recordedsimultaneously.The experiment reaches the conclusion that pressure resistances change due to different retinal gangliocytes and that the optic nerve reac-tion and the electroretinogram disappear at the same time.Cortical visualevoked potential and electroretinogram are recorded at the same time on diffe-rent cats and reaches the conclusion that the electroretinogram disappears priorto the cortical visual evoked potential,which is a different result than asimilar experiment on a rabbit.
