| 摘 要： | 腐败现象是屡反水止的原因是由于我国目前制度的欠缺。要遏制腐败，就必须从完善制度入手。本文尝试从推进监督制度、法律制度、人事管理制度和薪俸制度的创新等方面，来寻求遏制腐败之对策。
