摘    要:用0.01mol/L的pH5.8磷酸缓冲液浸种9h,可在大豆种子萌发期低温胁迫((3±1)℃,24h)条件下,能有效地降低相对电导率,水溶性蛋白含量和稀碱提取蛋白含量明显增加,脯氨酸含量也显著增加.表明磷酸缓冲液浸种对大豆种子萌发期在低温胁迫时,具有防护作用.

Abstract:When 0.01mol/L of phosphate buffer at PH 5.8,was used to soak the glycine max seed for 9 h, it was found that its soaking with phosphate buffer caused remarkable reduction of electrolyte lackage from glycine max seed in the bud during chilling(3±1℃ 24 h ) treatment. In the meantime, the water and thin alkali soluble protein content increased significantly ,and the protein also enhanced. Our results show that the stability of cell merbrance caused by phosphate buffer may explain the chilling injury resistance of glycine max seed in the bud.
